We are seasoned real estate investors that highly recommend Brian's real estate services. Brian was instrumental in the recent successful sale of our duplex in West Seattle. From the onset he provided the very specific real estate market details which allowed us to make informed decisions on strategy, price, and timing of our sale. Ultimately, we were able to sell the property off market to a private investor introduced through Brian. I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Brian Side! When we decided to purchase our first home, we were quickly overwhelmed with the process. Luckily, we reached out to Brian who was incredibly kind, patient, and insightful when it came to both the home-buying process and the specifics of buying a home in the Seattle area. He listened to the neighborhoods we were interested in and the features we sought in a house and was sure to send us listings that were excellent fits as well as those that we may not have originally considered. He was quick to give lots of details on places to see and things to do when we decided to explore a neighborhood that was new to us. And while we worried that we’d be wasting his time touring a home that we weren’t completely sold on, he assured us that it wasn’t a problem and we ended up buying that home! Brian helped us handle negotiations with the builder, gave honest feedback about the home, made himself available for endless questions and inspections and helped recommend other stellar people to help us with the rest of the process. Throughout the entire time that we were in escrow, Brian kept us in the loop and made sure that we were informed and excited about this big step.
