Excellent: He was quick to respond and always arranged viewings quickly. He took note of what we liked and didn't like and applied that to future recommendations (This was a first! Most realtors in our past would keep throwing suggestions without much thinking.) Once we narrowed the kind of property we wanted, he helped us keep our focus. When we waffled about the price, he kept us on point with the recent sales histories and helped us keep a realistic perspective. Once the contract was accepted he kept working with us thru closing. We needed frequent encouragement especially since we committed to the new place without a contract on the old place: his research assured us that our old property would sell quickly and at a price beyond our expectations. It did. And then we needed encouragement to satisfy issues from the Home Inspection as reasonably and as quickly as possible. Both closings went smoothly and without incident. We still refer to him as "Our Hero!"

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. We met him at an open house, and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. He helped us find the right home, get our offer accepted and then helped us through the entire process through close. Even when he was on vacation overseas he remained very responsive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Brandon.

We know from the beginning that selling and buying a house at the same time will not be an easy road to take, and it seems impossible at times. We are happy that we met Brandon and helped us from start to finish, even though it’s beyond his scope, he is always willing to help, suggest, and give you great advice. He is committed, reliable, and patient. Thank you again, Brandon, for helping us find our dream home.

Brandon not only helped us to find our dream home but helped us sell as well. He made what I thought would be a nightmare experience into a very smooth and wonderful one! He is very patient, down to earth, quick in getting back to you with any questions you have, not pushy at all and just an all around great guy. Both my husband and I highly recommend him and would use him again in a heartbeat!!
