Brandon has helped me to buy and/ or sell 5 times. He is ethical, highly responsive, knowledgeable about homes and their instrastructural systems (providing very helpful guidance about a prospective property’s structural integrity), well-connected to professionals with integrity— from inspectors to contractors to handymen), and knowledgeable about every aspect of home buying. He has driven from county to county to county to view rural properties with me, totaling well above 100 miles of road travel in a single day. Any question I had about a potential property would generally be answered within 24 hours. He’s the kind of professional you’d recommend to your mother. In fact, I did, and he worked with her to find the perfect home for her at a reasonable price. A+++

Brandon did an outstanding job assisting me with both the purchase of my home and selling my previous home. His expertise in the real estate market was instrumental in helping me with both the purchase and sale of my previous home. Brandon was very involved with all aspects of the closing. He was informative, friendly and very responsive during the process and gave great advice. I would highly recommend Brandon for all of your real estate needs.

Brandon has my unconditional recommendation. He possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities that everyone needs in a realtor. His knowledge/experience with every aspect of the real estate process, coupled with his ability to access the condition as well as the pros and cons of each specific property is instrumental in guiding one to the best selection for their new home. His honesty/integrity, attention to detail, responsiveness and continued communication significantly reduces the stress associated with the buying/selling process. There are very few people and even fewer realtors like Brandon, I feel blessed to consider him my friend.

I had a great experience working with Brandon. He was always timely and responsive any time I had a question or concern. He was very straightforward with everything and left no ambiguity. I would 100% recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a house. He has a vast knowledge of everything real estate. He will go above and beyond for all of your real estate needs.

Brandon is amazing. He kept up with the process of me purchasing and selling a home from start to finish. He explained everything that i didnt feel comfortable with so that i can make a sound decision. He is a wonderful realtor and I definitely recommend Brandon for buying and/or selling.
