Brandon has my unconditional recommendation. He possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities that everyone needs in a realtor. His knowledge/experience with every aspect of the real estate process, coupled with his ability to access the condition as well as the pros and cons of each specific property is instrumental in guiding one to the best selection for their new home. Brandon is awesome- will go to bat for you in negotiating terms, quick to pull comps, communication is A+, has a team of contractors to help with any repairs after inspection, and manages the process of selling to be low-stress and low drama.
