Bobby came highly recommended to us, and we are so happy we connected with him. We collaborated in selecting and viewing many Chicago rental properties, customized to our preferences. He came well-prepared and was very knowledgeable during showings and gave helpful, insightful feedback about the properties. He interfaced with the listing agents and landlords, so we didn't have to. Bobby did an amazing job helping us find our perfect home! Buying a home can seem like an intimidating process and it was certainly a unique experience for me. I moved here from out of state and the home-buying process in Illinois is a bit different from what I am familiar with. Negotiating with the seller also proved to be a bit of a challenge but Bobby was the one steady, reliable, and knowledgeable person in the entire process. He walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect next. What impressed me most was how closely he paid attention to details. He caught errors in the contract and small issues that could’ve had a major impact had they slipped through. He stayed on top of the seller’s side when they dragged their feet or made mistakes, and he always advocated for me. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without him. If you’re looking into buying a home in Illinois especially (if you’re new to the process) I can’t recommend him enough.
