Bobby was a dream to work with! I was impressed with his responsiveness and also the way he ensured I understood absolutely everything. Right from our initial consult, he was so thorough every step of the way. With a keen eye for detail alongside strong property/maintenance knowledge, I felt confident making my decision after every post-tour discussion and recap. Bobby also understands the current market is fierce and he is up for the challenge, acting swiftly whenever necessary to get us in for a tour or submit an offer. Ardit helped us buy our home at 3023 Ashland and then sell the same home 2 years later as we were relocating for work. He was great to work with on both sides of the transaction.
