Buying a home can seem like an intimidating process and it was certainly a unique experience for me. I moved here from out of state and the home-buying process in Illinois is a bit different from what I am familiar with. Negotiating with the seller also proved to be a bit of a challenge but Bobby was the one steady, reliable, and knowledgeable person in the entire process. He walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I always knew what to expect next. What impressed me most was how closely he paid attention to details. He caught errors in the contract and small issues that could’ve had a major impact had they slipped through. He stayed on top of the seller’s side when they dragged their feet or made mistakes, and he always advocated for me. I genuinely couldn’t have done this without him. If you’re looking into buying a home in Illinois especially (if you’re new to the process) I can’t recommend him enough.

Bobby was a dream to work with! I was impressed with his responsiveness and also the way he ensured I understood absolutely everything. Right from our initial consult, he was so thorough every step of the way. With a keen eye for detail alongside strong property/maintenance knowledge, I felt confident making my decision after every post-tour discussion and recap. Bobby also understands the current market is fierce and he is up for the challenge, acting swiftly whenever necessary to get us in for a tour or submit an offer.
