We just moved from Los Angeles, CA to Sandy Springs, GA and Bob was critical in making our transition a success! Bob is easy going, extremely knowledgeable, does not push you into a home, and ALWAYS fights for a better price for his clients. He and his assistant Charlotte viewed many homes on our account since we were unable to see them in person, put in multiple offers and ultimately secured a home that we are absolutely in love with. We are so grateful for having been referred to him by our selling agent in CA. If you are buying in the area, you better call Bob!

Working with Bob Clarkson on the sale of our home was a tremendous experience. He is a true professional in every aspect of the word. More specifically, he is a tremendous communicator and a strong advocate for his clients when it comes to all of their needs. I could not recommend Bob more highly, and I believe that anyone in the greater Atlanta area would benefit from his market knowledge, organization, communication, and support when buying or selling a home.

Bob is simply the best. You will not find a more helpful and proactive realtor. Bob knows the area and gives great advice. He makes sure your listing looks great. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob. Look no further, you've found your top-notch realtor.

Bob is kind, professional, and knowledgeable! He helped us find our dream home! He was very patient with us and helped us to narrow down our search. He is also very responsive to texts, calls, and emails. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for better experience with Bob as our realtor! With the market how it is right now, we were nervous we wouldn't be able to find anything in our price range with all of our wishlist items checked off, but with Bob's knowledge of the area and keen eye for great properties, we were able to find our new home and close within 2 months of starting our search! We were always confident in his opinion on whether a property was worth an offer or not, and he was always spot on with his opinions on home quality, features, and prices. This was super valuable to us as new residents in the area with little knowledge on the Atlanta market. He was always responsive when we had questions or wanted to check out a listing, and even though he's part of a larger office, he always personally handled our inquiries and showings (with a few scheduling exceptions - but even then he'd only send a trusted colleague so we could still see the property quickly without delay). Bob always made us feel like he was just as invested in our home search as we were - and we genuinely believe he was the entire time - and that made all the difference in our home search! We will definitely be using Bob again when and if we ever decide to sell or buy a new property and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Atlanta area. He's always very involved in the community and has helped introduce us to new events and social gatherings happening in our local area to check out, which as new residents is awesome!
