I would recommend Luke Bynum for all of your Real Estate Buying or Selling needs. He handled my difficult bank-owned purchase with great professionalism. He went above and beyond what a normal real Estate agent would normally handle and was persistent with getting through each challenge when presented and stuck through it until it finally closed.

Luke is very responsive, using exhaustive effort to achieve excellent service. He is there for every step of the way, or any question. His knowledge of the process, as well as the little ins and outs that we were clueless to. He was extremely helpful and very thorough, we would highly recommend him to anyone wether it be a first time buyer, or a seasoned house flipper.

This is my second Real estate transaction With Emma. I sold the Condo in July of 2023 that she helped me Purchase in 2020. We accepted the offer that we received the same day she listed the property. Extremely knowledgeable in the entire process. She has the ability to get the maximum amount of money for the sale. I have a Purchase of a Town house that is still pending that she helped us find.
