Bill helped us buy a condo while we were out of town in 2023. He worked to negotiate a great price for a unit that was not yet on the market, and extend the move out date for the sellers as well. Everyone ended up happy! He knows his business and has seen it all.

Bill listens well and responds promptly. helped with lots of issues whenever asked. knows the area and did what he said when he said... will use him again. He helped us price the home to move quickly, and got us full price. He helped us locate contractors before our listing and also helped to troubleshoot a contractor for an inspection item to get us to closing.

Bill was phenomenal to work with from the very start. He knew we had an extended time line and was respectful of that. Once we were ready he hit the ground running and worked around our schedule to view houses. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Bill was able to answer any question we had. We knew what was next every step of the way. I couldn't be more thankful for Bill's patience, professionalism and sense of humor. He made the home buying process enjoyable.

Bill was a breathe of fresh air from the previous agents we dealt with. He went well out of his way to show us houses in afternoons well into late nights and weekends until we found the one.
