Betsy Heller did an amazing job helping our family of four find our new home. She help us purchase a beautiful condo in vista CA and I’m very pleased how the whole deal went. her and her team are wondering in taking care of everything and communicating with us in every step of the way. I have know Betsy for many years before and I knew she was the right person and realtor to help us find our new home. As first time buyers we had no experience in this, so she I was beyond happy we had her by our side.

To say that Betsy is good at her job would be a massive understatement. She is divine! Betsy turned this overall stressful process of trying to buy our first home into a valuable learning experience & ultimately got us into a home that we love. She took everything we wanted into account when searching and gave us honest feedback. We appreciate Betsy so much! The ONLY bad part about this is that we won’t get to hang out & talk to Betsy every weekend…we’ll miss her!

I can't say enough about Betsy and her team. We were lucky enough to be connected with Betsy by a good friend who'd recently worked with her. We had been searching for a new home for literally years. With the market being as crazy as it has been since the start of the pandemic we felt fatigued and uncertain. Betsy was the answer. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, from construction to financing, and everything between. Touring homes with her was refreshing and reassuring because she was always interactive and vocal, pointing out details and describing potential options/changes. It was always clear that she was thinking about and advocating for us and what we needed in a home. She is honest and and tough, but ever so compassionate and dedicated to her clients. She guided us through the offer, acceptance, and escrow process with grace, patience, and so, so much warmth. I can't recommend her enough. And, to emphasize how much we enjoyed working with her, I have to say, she is someone I hope to keep in contact with simply because she's and awesome human.

As first time homebuyers, it was so comforting to have Betsy on our side. She truly knows her craft and guided us through every step of the home buying process.
