Becky is THE BEST! She helped us sell our home two years ago, and buy our new home this summer. From the moment we met her we knew we could trust her. Aside from her fun and genuine personality, her years of experience, her extensive knowledge of this valley, and her wisdom made the process of selling and buying so easy. Being an out of state seller I needed someone who was willing to go the extra mile, be knowledgable and good at what they do, have great communication skills, and treat you like family. Becky helped us sell a rental property in Caldwell. Not only did Becky sell our home fast and at top market value, she helped my good renter move. I flip homes in CA and she would be my first choice if we flipped homes in ID. Becky was perfect! Look no further!
