Anyone can read reviews and find an agent who gets paperwork done and closes deals. I found one who helped us feel at home before we bought a home. My husband and I live in California and were looking to purchase a house in Arizona for our kids in college. We reached out to a listing that happened to be managed by Becca. We first met Becca at a property whose listing agent was incredibly rude. She remained unfazed, professional and SINCERELY kind. That experience was a testament to the kind of human she is, and we knew right then that any house we purchased would be through Becca. Our schedule for viewings was very tight but she worked around us without complaining. She researched every property so when we arrived, she had answers to every question we would have. When we found our home, Becca worked tirelessly to get us to close in 30 days. Although I was constantly delayed in delivering my end of paperwork, her reminders and follow ups were always genuinely patient. She surprised us with a thoughtful care package on signing day. Nothing extravagant, but a meticulously curated basket of things she overheard us mention we wanted throughout the 30 days. Becca has continued to check up on us well after closing. She offered to meet with the gas or water company when they needed someone present since she knew my kids’ had a strict schedule on-campus at school. If you want a real estate agent, then you probably have a checklist of what you’re looking for. If you want a real estate agent who is also an incredible and genuine human and treats your family like her own, then I highly recommend Becca. She is THE checklist. She is THE standard. Forever thankful for her.

A year ago Becca give us our first home, she got us the best deal!! We didn't pay any closing costs at the end thanks to her!! Also warned us about sobe "bad" options that we where about to take.

When I give a 5 star review it's because someone has completely exceeded my expectations. I have worked with Becca on three transactions and she has delivered every time. Not only does she know the business inside and out, but the area, the builders, the contractors. I am picking up a check today because of Becca's dedication and resources. Hands down she is one of the best realtors I have every worked with. Her energy matches no other and her love of her business and for helping her clients is evident. Please consider working with her on your next sale or purchase. You will not be disappointed!

Becca is always available to questions, concerns and last minute changes. She answered all my questions about the steps that would be taken for listing and selling of the house. The house we were selling was being rented out and as soon as it was available she was there to start taking pictures. She was available in short notice when all the signing of documents was changed to a day earlier.

I have bought bought two houses with Becca and sold one. Superior knowledge of the Rancho Sahuarita and Tucson area. Extremely helpful and patient while finding the right place to purchase. She sold my house in just over a week.
