Ashley was fantastic and great to work with. In selling our Washington home, we were in a tough spot. She was able to come in and make the property much more appealing to prospective buyers. We had been on the market for several months and once we were under her wing, she had the property under contract in about two months. Highly recommend!

We first connected with Ashley in 2023 after our Kansas realtor recommended her ahead of our move back to the Seattle area. At the time, we ultimately chose to rent, but when we started seriously considering buying in early 2025, we knew exactly who to call. Ashley was incredibly supportive as we weighed the decision between renting and buying. Even though she lived quite a distance from where we were looking, she always made it to any showing or open house we were interested in—or arranged for one of her colleagues to meet us on short notice. She’s extremely personable and knowledgeable about the entire Seattle area, which was so helpful since we weren’t set on a specific town. She struck the perfect balance of being encouraging while also keeping it real with us. She was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and made our second home-buying experience feel smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Ashley more!

We bought our home in Washington while still living in North Carolina. If you think that is scary, you're correct! However, Ashley did everything that could possibly be done as a real estate agent ... and above and beyond. Any request we had, Ashley responded graciously and with patience. Since we did not have the opportunity to see the home, Ashley not only would do video calls with us but she also sent multiple videos including the drive from 15 minutes away all the way to the house! We closed easily with all of her help and she has since assisted us with general questions about the area ... absolutely above and beyond! We HIGHLY recommend Ashley for any of your real estate needs!
