Interviewed a number of Real Estate Brokers and Agents in Decatur Texas and Hired April Cook @ Parker Properties. April was Extremely Knowledgeable and Experienced with the Listing and Selling of Ranch Properties with Acreage. Needed a Real Estate Professional Living in Decatur Texas as I was a "Remote" Property Owner and needed someone who could list, show and keep an eye on the property locally. April recommended a listing price that was more than I expected. The property was available on Zillow and Realtor Website almost immediately after she listed on the MLS. A Full Price Offer Plus $5,000 was Accepted just 24 Hours after the Property became Available. Totally Amazing. April Really Shined for the 30+ Days until Closing. Constantly Stopping by the Property and Checking that the Property was Secured and the Cattle that were on the Property had plenty of hay and water and were Safe. April insisted on being present for all Showings and Inspections. No one was allowed on the property without April which was very important to me. April worked closely with the Buyer Agent to make sure Inspections, Repairs, Survey and Appraisal were done on time and provided extra assistance by providing additional comparable property sales to Buyer Agent to support listing price for Buyer Bank Appraisal. April went above and beyond to insure a successful closing and stayed in contact with me daily during the entire process. April is a World Class Realtor with the Experience and Knowledge to make the Deal a Complete Success. April was the best realtor my husband, and I could ask for. We had tried others before her, and we had horrible experiences. We were first time buyers, and we were starting to get discouraged towards buying a home. Then we met April, and she made it so much easier on us. Our closing was a nightmare but April was with us every step of the way even went with us to closing. I could not recommend a better realtor to help with home buying.
