Having decided to move to the Olympia area, we were so fortunate that our daughter and son-in-law had just the advice we needed once we realized it was time to begin the search for our new home. Anya did an outstanding job helping me sell my dad’s house after he passed away. She priced the home just right and helped me prioritize what needed to be done—always keeping cost in mind and never suggesting unnecessary work. Anya Meyer was recommended to me by a friend whose daughter was buying a house through Anya. My friend highly recommended Anya, praising her professionalism, personality and communication skills. After meeting Anya, I understood why she came highly recommended. Anya is very knowledgeable about the area having grown up and worked for over 20 years in and around Olympia. I was impressed with her knowledge, expertise and confidence that she could price my house wisely, market it and stay in touch with me on a regular basis during the whole process. I trusted Anya when she made suggestions after the house had been on the market for two weeks and seen by close to 20 people that dropping the price to just below $550,000 to $549,000. She said it would put the house in a lower price bracket and bring new interest. She was right. She brought me a buyer. She continued to keep me informed of all the processes that followed, such as inspections, appraisals, earnest money etc., and then the final closing date. I could not have been happier with her role in selling my house. I would not hesitate to recommend Anya in buying or selling a home.
