Anthony was phenomenal for our house search. He really worked to understand our family and our needs and ensured each need was met in the houses we looked at. He was really knowledgeable about the area and its market, which was crucial for us as we were new to NJ. Anthony never placed pressure on us to buy the most expensive or first visited house, and instead was always fair when looking at properties, making sure to point out potential issues or things to consider in our search process. He truly lives into his philosophy of focusing on the long-term benefits for his clients. When it came time to actually buy and close on our house, Anthony was imperative and influential. He negotiated strongly and fairly on our behalf and handled all of the details professionally and efficiently. We cannot recommend Anthony enough and am sure we will be using him in the future when it comes time to sell or buy again. You can't go wrong with him.

I tried to sell a unit in Hoboken myself and after facing troubles and no offers, Anthony had 3 offers within 2 weeks and sold the unit quickly. Knowledgeable, trusted and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Anthony helped us through the entire process as first time homebuyers. He has first rate knowledge of the Hoboken market, helping find the perfect home that fit our needs. He provided honest input and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. Anthony was a game-changer in every way for our family's housing search. As the end of our rental lease and the birth of our first child fast approached, we knew we needed to find somewhere bigger to live on a tight timeline. What's more - we're picky on location/neighborhoods and various must-haves in the home itself. Anthony patiently worked with us for months, sharing listings, touring properties with us and dialing in our search as he got to know us better and better. Never did he rush us or push back. When we found the perfect listing, Anthony moved swiftly to help us (first time home buyers!) get our offer in. As he helped us navigate and win a tricky bidding process, his negotiation skills and knowledge of the home-buying process as well as relationships with other players in the transaction were huge advantages for us. As if all of this weren't enough, Anthony then went above and beyond by leveraging his formidable rolodex to bring in several contractors on short notice who helped us get comfortable with needed renovations on our new house during the attorney review period, before our commitment was completely final. He was selfless during this intense few days, putting our interests firmly ahead of his own. When it was all said and done we came away with a new home that we could not be more excited about!! I've known Anthony since 2022 and he was recommended to me by my mortgage agent. He was absolutely wonderful in getting me a home and closing in 2023 and unbelievably helpful setting up and getting contacts to help design the place and do upgrades. I then used him this past year to sell the same home and he got us multiple offers over asking. We just closed yesterday and I cannot give enough praise to Anthony. He knows the market, he knows how to market, he knows what the buy/sell points are and most importantly he comes through in a pinch. I cannot recommend him enough except to keep him for myself for my next home!
