Annmarie did an incredible job helping me with the sale of a condo in a 55+ community. She offered specific and helpful suggestions from our first discussion about it and followed through with smart recommendations and helpfulness right up to listing the unit. Her intuitions on the listing date and Open House date proved to be spot on. The layout and access of the unit made an open house for one realtor tricky, yet Annmarie's ability to connect with potential buyers, handle an intense and busy showing with confidence, and still make it fun was a win for me. I was able to look over offers knowing that Annmarie would give me the best advice I could get in the final phase of selling the condo.
