Jeanne Bracken - a fantastic real estate agent that you can trust! We can't say enough good things about working with Jeanne Bracken. She helped us with our home sale and we truly appreciated her calm and reassuring presence along the way. Jeanne has been by our side for a number of years - patiently exploring options, answering questions and calmly guiding us through the ups and downs along the way. She is knowledgeable about the market, very responsive, professional, and extremely caring. She has a low-pressure manner and presence which I personally think is quite desirable with a major life event like buying or selling a home! She gave us space to make decisions but provided the guidance and guardrails to ensure we made the right ones. Kelly Higgins was compassionate, knowledgeable, and skillful in our search for a new home and then in the sale of our existing home when the time came. She did a great job of understanding our needs — then challenged and encouraged us in helpful ways through the buying and selling journey. Her knowledge of the market and allied professionals made every aspect of the process easier for us. We expect to stay put for awhile, but if we sell again and buy again, we’ll definitely reach out to Kelly.

My wife and I would definitely recommend Kelly and her team. Through a very stressful sale and purchase (on the same day), in a seller's market, she kept us level-headed. She kept saying it would work out, and it did. Very responsive and has also been helpful with our house since moving in.

Kelly has the reputation in our area as the best agent around. Because of this, along with having had a previous incredible experience with her, we used her to sell our home yet again. On the market for just 5 hours, we had 2 offers and one which was over asking. We accepted and closed 45 days later with a close to seamless transaction. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none.

Best agent I have ever worked with! Kelly is good people. From the beginning of the process till the end Kelly always maintained a very positive attitude, used her knowledge of the market to help us with the purchase and gave us very sound advice. She was always available to make the stop-and-go drive from Easton to Stamford to show us any properties of interest. She helped us navigate a really difficult seller. She was always very communicative regarding even the smallest developments. If it wasn't for Kelly's network and expertise, I truly believe we would not have secured this house in Stamford's extremely competitive market. I would strongly recommend Kelly to anyone.
