Danielle went above and beyond to help us sell our home, she knows the market very well and knows how to help her client navigate the madness of the real estate market. She’s extremely reliable and organized with a wonderful friendly personality. Danielle also helped us find the home of our dreams, and again she was just fantastic to work with, she is a master when it comes to negotiation and closing a deal; most importantly, she is always looking out for her clients to ensure they are happy. She is definitely one of the best agents I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her services.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Danielle Valenti. She was prompt, professional, transparent, patient, knowledgeable and very hard working. She found us a house we love after looking at many and then sold our condo approximately 4 hours after it came on the market. She went above and beyond in all phases of the buying and selling process. Her knowledge and reputation helped us find wonderful movers, painters, and various other contractors that have all been wonderful to work with. Danielle is simply the best. Thank you Danielle!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris from Around Town Real Estate, and can not express how positive my experience was. As a First Time Home Buyer I was incredibly apprehensive about the process as a whole, that is until I worked with Chris. From the moment we started our home-buying journey, Chris exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put my nerves at ease. Impossible to say enough about what an amazing Realtor Danielle was for us. Buying and selling a home at the same time in a very volatile market is stressful. Danielle was not only a calming influence for my wife and I, she was proactive, smart and fun. We spoke to Danielle daily for months. A common response when asking her questions was “I already took care of it for you” which was amazing. She directly netted us an additional 20K on our sale by adding a clause in the offer from our buyer. We started the process of buying and selling a home looking for a Realtor.
