Ann Carlson just helped my husband and I move into Hunter's Green and I couldn't be more happy! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the homes. She really listened to us on what we wanted in our home and made sure that is what we received. She fought hard for us to make sure that the house was in great condition and that closing went smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor, She is the best!

Ann is a wonderful person and was extremely helpful. She guided me through the sale of my townhome quickly and efficiently. She was especially helpful with negotiating the best deal for me! I would definitely recommend 54 Realty and you should ask for Ann if she is available!

Ann was amazing to work with from start to finish! Without her we would have not been able to purchase our dream home. We were in a situation where we had to sell our existing home (which was not previously on the market) to purchase the home we wanted and we needed to do this all within 6 weeks. Through Ann’s guidance, expertise and professionalism she made it happen. She told us what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale, she helped us price it accordingly and with her help, we sold our home in 6 days for more than what we wanted! We’ve used other realtors in the past and our only regret is not having met Ann sooner. You’ll want a realtor you can trust and someone who knows how to make things happen. The next time we sell or buy real estate, Ann is our realtor!
