When the LORD called us to move to AZ by opening doors with a job opportunity for my husband, we knew that we were going to be in warp speed mode to get our house on the market! We wanted a realtor who had the experience and know-how to help us get our home ready to both list and sell ASAP! Angie Hobson had just the experience and connections that we needed....Her connections helped us get our home in tip-top shape so that it was ready to be staged and look its very BEST both on the outside and the inside for pictures and listing! She also had the expertise that we needed to competitively price our home. All of her tips and tricks helped us to be out of our house within 10 days of my husband getting the job offer, listed 5 days after that, and with 3 offers to entertain just 4 days after that!!! My advice to you if you are ready to sell is to hire Angie Hobson, listen to all of her advice, use it, and you will be well on your way to getting your home sold as quickly as possible!!!

Angie was just what we needed in a realtor. We had been looking casually for a long time, but when the time came to get serious we knew we needed to find a realtor. What I appreciated about Angie was her honest and real communication. She never beat around the bush but was direct, which I need and respect. We saw a lot of houses that weren't right and we never felt pressured about the time it was taking. Angie found our house for us which surprised me because I was constantly looking, but she found it and sent it to us the day if came on the market. We saw it the day after it came on the market and made an offer the next day. We were in competition with other offers but she guided us through the process and we won the bid. Angie also sold our house. Again, with clear and direct communication. She set us up with the contractors and help we needed as it came up. When our first offer fell through, she had us up and running right away and helped us sell (with multiple offers) that next weekend. We are SO thankful for Angie and the wonderful job she did for us! Highly recommended!

I contacted Angie through Zillow when I wanted to purchase my first home in the Portland area. She immediately responded, asked a series of very thoughtful questions about my wants and needs, and got quickly started on finding me a home. The home buying process can be an emotional roller coaster, but Angie was extremely attentive and patient throughout the entire experience. She helped me find the perfect home, was an excellent negotiator and didn't pressure me into any uncomfortable situations. When she says "relationships-first", she means it! I honestly felt like I was being treated like family. I can't recommend Angie enough.

We were very fortunate to be referred to Angie. Without her help we would not have been able to purchase a home in this fast moving market from out of town. She worked hard to find the best area and right house for us. She was always available to work with us.. no matter the time of day or night. Angie was our guardian angle through the whole process!
