Where do I start with Kim Kendall? She has been more than an agent. She’s a friend to the point where we could count on her with any question’s we had. She is very knowledgeable. She got us the best price possible she knew when to put it on for sale and when not to. I don’t think we would’ve got the price that we did if she wasn’t working with us. She kept us in the loop with all the information from beginning to end, she is very, very good at what she does. I would have no problem, recommending her to anyone of my friends and family which I did and my cousin bought a house from her and my other friends all dealt with her like I said she’s more than an agent. She’s a friend and a very, very smart one.

My husband and I worked with Kim on our home search when we relocated to CT. The market was challenging, but Kim remained positive and optimistic that we would find our next home. She was very responsive to my frequent questions and helped ease the stress of searching for a new home from out of state. Her daily listings provided lots of options to consider, and she did video walkthroughs if we weren't able to travel to see the homes in person. Kim always gave us honest answers, using her years of experience to guide us, and she was right, we did find the home that is perfect for us!
