Andrew was very very hands on during the sale of my moms Condo.Always very easy to communicate with and rapidily expedited all required tasks to complete the closing on the date we planned on. I've never sold a property, but at 84 decided to sell my winter residence: a one-bedroom condo in Florida. I registered with an realty organization since I needed a lot of help to deal with the sale. The same evening Andrew telephoned; I informed him the location, my reason for disposing of a place I loved, and need to stay in New York for health reasons. Andrew advised the depth of services his organization offered, and that he personally oversees all aspects of sales. It was not necessary for me to be at the closing. He relieved my anxieties; I was at ease knowing someone (Andrew) with capable hands and listening ears had become my broker. He gained my trust quickly. Andrew photographed and promoted the condo, and within a week I accepted one of two offers at the listed price. There are lots of condos on sale in Florida, and there's a greater demand for larger units. I trusted Andrew, placed my condo in his capable hands and it was sold within a week. I was treated as a friend rather than as a seller by Andrew and his staff.

Andrew recently helped me on the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home in Ft. Myers. Every step of the way Andrew had my best interest in mind. On the sale, he came over weeks prior to listing to look over the house and made some suggestions to make it more marketable for both photography and for the open house. His suggestions worked because we ended up with a cash offer over asking price. On the purchase, Andrew assured me he could assist on finding me a new home in Ft. Myers as I was relocating for a new job. He scheduled ten houses to see to make the best use of the two hour drive each way. We ended up putting in two offers in June (with the market as cut throat as it was) and we landed a great house for less than it appraised! Andrew will not disappoint. He is knowledgeable about the housing market and will always give you his honest opinion if you ask his advice.

Andrew was awesome, he helped us sale our house in less than 30 days from beginning to end. He always advised us clearly and available when we had questions. We'll be using his services to purchase our new home!
