Andrew is the best realtor in central ohio I sold and I purchased a property through him and he did really great work, He knows what the right thing to do, honest and he is very expert, he’s got all tricks and ideas to make it happen He answered every questions I had, Can't be more satisfying I really appreciate you Andrew, you're the best! I’m incredibly grateful for my realtor, Andrew. Honestly, I never thought I’d be able to sell my home in Powell, but Andrew proved me wrong. He was so patient with me, worked hard to get me a great deal, and genuinely cared the whole way through. He guided me step by step, made sure I understood everything, and always kept me updated. I felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend Andrew. He’s truly the best.

Andrew represented us both as seller’s agent and as buyer’s agent. He is highly knowledgeable and reliable, and is willing to invest the time and resources needed to do the best possible job for his client. On the seller’s side, he did an excellent job with selling our relatively unique home. It was a wonderful property, but definitely not for everyone. He did a terrific job of marketing the property in advance and it sold at asking price in two weeks from the date of listing. On the buyer’s side, he showed incredible patience with us as we were looking at literally hundreds of homes within a 50 mile radius around Columbus. As a couple we are incredibly picky buyers and don’t always agree with each other, but Andrew always stays calm and diplomatic. The process of looking for a new home took us well over eight months, and Andrew‘s unflagging energy and willingness to always cheerfully take us to yet another newly listed property never waned (or at least he didn’t show it??). We highly recommend Andrew based on his dedication to consistently providing the best possible customer service, combined with his invaluable experience and expertise in all things real estate.

We listed our home in Powell with two other realtors before I signed up with Andrew. The first two brought only five potential buyers in over eight months. In spite of a hot market, my house sat in the market for 150 days the first time and 130 days the second time. Andrew held several open houses and connected with eight buyers in four weeks. Each buyer was screened properly. We got into contract in four weeks and had to turn away potential buyers. Andrew is very astute about buyer behavior and properly advised me during the negotiation which resulted in closing the deal at a decent price. All this happened in a down market. If you have a luxury home to sell anywhere in the greater Columbus area and want a good price, you must list it with Andrew. He is very knowledgeable about the market, very friendly, and very hardworking. Whether you want to buy or sell, he is one of the best realtors in Columbus.
