John brings things to a higher level. Every good agent has local knowledge, years of experience, and strong communication skills. John has these attributes as well as strong listening skills and a strong sense of the buying or selling process as it develops amongst the parties and their representatives. John draws on his years of experiences in all types of local market conditions and trends to focus in on your ideal target market. The nice part is that he not only includes your wants and needs as well as things that you may not have known that you wanted or needed. He has a calm, reassuring demeanor that is very reassuring when you're going through this stress-filled process. He also has contacts that can assist you through anything that you may need while going through the process (i.e. cleaning, storage, realtor contacts if moving elsewhere, etc.). He also addresses any awkward situation head-on with the highest level of professionalism and effectiveness. There wasn't any problem or situation that John could not handle (and handle very well). It was an excellent experience.
