I can't begin to explain how amazing morgana was. As a fist time home buyer I had many many questions and worry about the prosses and morgana held my had through it all. Our situation was very unique and required many hours of configuration and negotiation and because of her we achieved what we didn't think was possible. Shes a total life saver

If you’re looking for a realtor just contact Jim Gedney. He’s a very nice guy. He’s very patient and helpful. He helped me and my family buy a new beautiful house. If you don’t like something, Jim will always show to you something new and recommend things. He’s very good at showing tours to the property and knows what he’s doing. If anyone is looking into buying new houses I would most def recommend contacting Jim.

We had an outstanding experience working with Jim Gedney! Although our transaction was far from smooth due to unforeseen issues on the buyer's side, he consistently went above and beyond to support us — even when the challenges weren’t his responsibility. He represented our home with the utmost professionalism, showcased it beautifully, and was hands-on in every sense of the word. While we were out of town, he took it upon himself to handle last-minute fixes, including painting and other details to ensure everything was perfect for showings. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. We had very strict instructions regarding privacy and showing protocols, and he respected every single one of them without fail. He was present for each and every showing, giving us total peace of mind. Jim was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, transparent and personable to understand our needs as a first time home buyer with our expecting first born.
