After interviewing several real estate agents for the sale of our family town home, Andrea Scott was selected for her knowledge, professionalism, contacts and marketing skills. She was outstanding! Quick to respond, arranged all the details from painters, flooring, staging, landscaping and repairs. Her marketing brochures and MLS photos were highly professional and quite spectacular. I'm certain all these items helped sell the property in record time. Andrea is a non-nonsense, focused agent. Her negotiating skills and consultation regarding what was necessary and what could be "managed" was extraordinary.
