We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Lisa and Adam to help us sell our house in Concord. After working with several realtors in the past, these two were by far the most professional, dedicated, and effective team we've ever encountered. Lisa and Adam make an exceptional team – they truly complement each other's strengths and work seamlessly together. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. We never felt left in the dark and always knew exactly what was happening with our sale. Our particular situation was quite challenging due to changing market conditions, but Lisa and Adam never stopped strategizing and adapting their approach. What impressed us most was that they always had a Plan B and Plan C ready to go. No matter what obstacles arose, they were prepared with alternative solutions. Throughout the process, they were incredibly respectful of our needs and requirements. Every decision was presented to us clearly, and they made sure we were comfortable with each step before moving forward. They never pressured us – it was always our choice. They say the 3 most stressful times in a humans life are when facing death, divorce and moving. But if you have the right realtor team, it may just be a little less stressful. Late Spring we contracted with Lisa Caldwell and Adam Cox to sell our home and to help us find our forever home. Adam and Lisa rose up to the challenge and arrived prepared. They had comps in hand and helped us understand what was needed for a quick sale in this market. Once getting us on board with the work required (inspections, interior/ exterior paint refresh, landscaping and staging) they provided us with trusted vendors who came out and did the work quickly. We were very fortunate in that our home went pending (at above ask) in just 3 days! Then, once our home sold, they jumped in on the journey to find our future home. Problem was that we didn’t want your standard 3/2. We wanted character, old world charm and a feeling only we could sense. So after what felt like hundreds, if not thousands, of open houses, we finally found our dream home. Problem was that it was just over our budget. The team did a mean job negotiating and finally helped us move into our dream home. So if you’re looking for a team that has the local expertise, is organized and detailed, and can negotiate, then I recommend you meet with Lisa and Adam.

Lisa did an amazing job both helping us buy our home and then 6 years later selling the same home. She is very knowledgeable about the area and each neighborhood. She is familiar with their strengths and challenges and helped guide us to the perfect housing division and street for us. She hears exactly what we are saying and she looks to fulfill those requests as best as she can. She is also ready with wisdom to point us in the right choice based on our list of wants and needs. She knows many contractors in every area of the trades and is highly respected, therefore the trades people are ready and willing to go above and beyond to fill the punch list of things to do before selling and after purchase. Lisa also has a team of talented and responsive co workers that are there even if she is unable to get to us immediately. Lisa is always prepared in both the buying and selling side and because she was prepared and negotiated well, we bought and sold our home in competitive markets. We think Lisa is the best in the business and will trust her with every home purchase and sale while we live in the area.

Lisa was an exceptional agent that I would highly recommend. As a first-time home buyer she took time to thoroughly explain the process to ensure we had a clear understanding to avoid any surprises, was extremely responsive to our many questions, and served as a sounding board any time we had a complex situation to navigate. Purchasing in the Bay Area is highly competitive/variable and Lisa provided seasoned insights based off her intuition, years of expertise, and market-driven data to help us search in the right areas based off our desires and budget. Lisa does a phenomenal job of listening and understanding your needs as a buyer to provide guidance without it feeling like she is dictating what you do. She treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism and made this process almost too easy! We also worked with her colleague Adam Cox who provided excellent advice, on-the-ground support during showing and inspections, and served as an additional resource to ensure we found our home and closed quickly! Would highly recommend working with him as well.

This is our seventh time using Lisa Caldwell in the last decade. She is excellent in every way. Wise advice and great negotiator. She’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has great contacts. Lisa gets things moving quickly. Our last escrow was around 8 days.
