Anna was everything we were looking for in an agent. She has the market knowledge, a complete understanding of the process and provided appropriate advice as to what to do and not do. She was attentive to our needs but not pushy. With here guidance we were able to price the property correctly and get it sold for our price in short order.

Ana is the best! She made the process go smoothly at every turn. In the beginning, we talked together and prioritized how to prepare and market my home. Her warmth and excellent listening made it easy to communicate. She has the experience and resources that helped guide decisions on choosing outstanding contractors, staging ideas, and competitive pricing. During the listing and selling stage, she was responsive to questions and her use of digital technology made the paperwork steps extremely convenient to complete. Most importantly, it's clear she loves her job and is very good at what she does! My house was sold in a week for over asking price. I highly recommend Ana!

Yo como cliente de Ana Gabrea les recomiendo 100% sus servicios, una excelente persona y transparente en la labor que desempeña,en mi experiencia no creí posible poder ser dueña de una propiedad en tan corto espacio de tiempo y ella trabajó muy duro eh hizo posible ese sueño anhelado,le debo toda la estabilidad de la que hoy disfruta mi familia. Ella siempre está disponible en cualquier momento que yo le hacia alguna pregunta y si ella no tenía la respuesta hacía todo lo posible para darme una. Ya llevo casi 4 meses en mi casa y todavía contestan cada duda que podamos tener y nos atienden con el mismo amor y dedicación del primer día. Ana was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with, I rate her 5 stars each on responsiveness, negotiations, professionalism, communication and market expertise. Ana assisted me with the sale of my home as a short sale during the Covid pandemic. I was not familiar with the process, but Ana and her professional team of negotiators answered questions, clarified the process, encouraged me, stood by my side throughout the whole process. She has an incredible ability to identify the best possible way to prepare houses for sale, her research and impressive knowledge of the real estate market was excellent. When I saw the detail, she put into staging my home, even I did not recognize it, she did a fantastic job!!!! She exhibits the epitome of exceptional customer service. Her phenomenal caring attitude is incredible. She is a great communicator, and when she speaks, she produces results. She gives you encouragement every step of the way. With her great negotiations skills and her great professional team of negotiators, it was a worthwhile experience that achieved the best results. Fantastic! Would contract with her again but I never want to leave the perfect place she found for us. She walked us through all the steps and helped find a great mortgage company. Great experience!
