Amy is an absolute rockstar, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process. From day one, Amy impressed me with her knowledge of the market and her go-getter attitude. She took the time to really understand my needs and worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her communication skills are top-notch, and I always felt like I was in the loop every step of the way. But what really blew me away was Amy's dedication to getting me the best deal possible. Amy Patton has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. We have worked with her as a buyer and seller and recieved the same level of excellent service in both cases. We trust her completely. She does everything she can to get her clients what they want and negotiates with the other party supremely. We always feel like we are her only clients because of her attentiveness. We would definitely work with Amy again and highly recommend her.

Amy has vast acknowledgment of the Houston area, for me it was super important that she understood exactly what I was looking for and she knew where to look for houses and why in one area over other areas. I totally recommend her!!

Amy Patton came with an engaging message on her page, I immediately liked her. There were multiple brokers sending offers, but she stood out to us from the beginning of the process. Our home sale was an estate sale, and thus, not the least complicated type of sale. We had considered for sale by owner, but the entire process was so complicated and daunting, we soon abandoned that notion. Amy had everything figured out almost as soon as she walked on the property. She is extremely knowledgeable, and also kind, and willing to answer our many questions and reassure the nerves that come with selling a home. She worked diligently to make sure the process was as straightforward as it could be, and she was with us every step of the way. Amy made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. From the beginning, she arrived with a concrete plan and excellent expectations regarding the sale of our house. The house sold incredibly quickly and for an excellent price for our needs. We only have good things to say about the entire experience, and would recommend Amy Patton to anyone looking to sell their property. If you get the chance to work with Amy, do it without hesitation! She made a stressful time and sale much less daunting. We can't thank her enough for helping us through this process. Selling a property is stressful and confusing, but Amy brought us through it without a hitch. Amy is a marketing marvel. We interviewed 3 realtors and she was vastly superior in her marketing presentation, overall professionalism and confidence in selling our home for a price much higher than the other realtors. Her social marketing skills resulted in a substantially higher sales price over our asking price. She is great to work with and always available. Highly recommend Amy for any real estate needs. She will be my realtor for life.
