Britta did an excellent job representing us as a real estate broker. She facilitated the sale of the home we were living in and the purchase of our new home in a contingent dual-close. She is an expert negotiator and saved us quite a bit in the purchase price of the new home. She also had an uncanny feel for the market and priced our sale perfectly. We received a few offers in a tough market to sell in, and all came in right about where we were pricing (showing that people were only really willing to pay what Britta estimated. She also understands that there is far more in a deal than price and even the price can be adjusted in several phases throughout the process. As the deals progressed through escrow, Britta continued to drive and get us what we needed for price, costs and timelines. She is the only broker I will use for future sales and purchases. I cannot recommend her enough.

Our experience with Britta exceeded our expectations - Her knowledge of the market, combined with her experience & true desire to do what is in the best interest of her clients is invaluable. Because of these traits, there were multiple offers on our home in 4 days resulting in a sales price significantly over the list price with incredible terms. In addition to the sale of our home, she has also come alongside us with the purchases of our new home as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Dawn and she was amazing! She did a great job showing me properties that fit my criteria and was very patient with me throughout the process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience stress-free. Britta was amazing! She is thoughtful in her approach and clearly cares about landing her clients in a new home that they connect with. This is the second time we've worked with her to purchase a home and would recommend her to everyone.

Britta was an absolute pleasure to work with as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. She was available at all times of the day to confidently answer our questions quickly. Britta has such a kind and friendly personality which made the process even that much better! We didn't feel pressured at any moment. When we walked into our (now to be) home, my wife and I knew immediately that we wanted to purchase it. Britta helped us put down a strong offer that evening, and was in constant communication during the day of the offer review. We made a slight adjustment to our offer and won the house!
