Jordan went above and beyond our expectations in helping us to find the right home. He was quick to respond to our questions, making sure he got the right answers for us, and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the whole process, which we were inexperienced with. Jordan seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for in a property and showed us several good options before we found the one that was just right. Working with Ranita He has been amazing. We’re first-time homebuyers, so we had a million questions, and she was always there for us — super patient, super helpful, and just genuinely looking out for us the whole way. You can literally feel right away that she’s someone you can trust. Her comps and negotiation skills were legit. She helped us get the house below asking, which we honestly didn’t think was even possible. And she never stopped helping — she kept digging up extra info for us, like easement details and anything else we were unsure about. Even after we closed, she still checked in and helped us with things. Really, I can’t recommend Ranita enough. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and we’re seriously grateful to have had her on our team.
