Scott did an amazing job assisting us in the sale of our Mill Creek townhouse and purchase of our Lake Stevens house during a time of critical shift to a buyers market in real estate. He kept us apprised during the entire process and provided recommendations along the way even when we got into contract with the buyers. He has a great network that was able to provide answers to our questions throughout the entire process as well as a network of contractors that helped addressed items found through inspection fast and reliably. Scott was extremely professional and was always available through messaging or a phone call when needed. I highly recommend him. Thank you Scott!

We were truly lucky to have once crossed paths with Camelia. Above all, she’s a kind, genuine, and caring person. From the very first moments, we could tell that something good was going to come out of working together — and we had something to compare it to. Roy was Fantastic! This was my first time buying a house so I don't have a true standard but given my experience with Roy the bar is high. He was attentive to our needs and really listened to what we were looking for and made sure to show us the properties that would fit our needs. He worked hard and got us what we wanted. I would be more than happy to recommend him to any of my friends looking to move.
