Marianne was excellent! She met with us to understand exactly what we were looking for and was able to find properties to meet our needs. Being local, she was familiar with what areas of town were growing, and which areas to steer away from. We really appreciated her responsiveness throughout the entire process, both on weekends and in the evenings. We had some unexpected challenges with the seller, which Marianne handled with professionalism and grace. We would highly recommend Marianne - she was wonderful!

Marianne was fantastic all around! She was very helpful in finding us the best home to fit my family and she was always on top of everything throughout the whole process. She had fantastic communication and assisted us in getting a great deal! I can tell that Marianne truly cared about my family’s goals and needs for this house. I would recommend her to anybody and will definitely use her services in the future!
