I appreciated Dave's knowledge of the area, knowledge of home improvement, and mostly his patience with me. We looked at a large number of houses over 6 months or so. My desired attributes of a house kept changing as I looked at different houses on the market to the point where I thought we'd never find an acceptable house for me. But even with all of my quirky needs in a house, we were able to find one that has everything I need. He helped me find a new lender about halfway through the closing process. He provided me with contacts for all of my needs after closing such as electric, plumbing, excavating, contracting, etc. He has been a wealth of knowledge that I have relied on as I start the process of moving from another state. I just cannot express how appreciative I am of Dave. His patience, friendliness, knowledge, and experience were everything that made buying a new home enjoyable.

Sarah was extremely delightful to work with during the home buying process. She listened to our needs and was able to find homes that suited those needs/wants. We were able to find our dream home with Sarah’s help and feel blessed that we were matched with her through Zillow for this process. Her negotiation skills were crucial in aiding us get the house we wanted for the price we were comfortable with.

Anyone looking for a real estate agent look no further than Jenn! From her preparedness at each showing to her friendly nature she is everything you could want in an agent and a friend. Jenn will always look out for your best interest and never push or put you in an uncomfortable position. She is very knowledgeable about the area and always is willing to help with any questions you have no matter what stage you are at. My wife and I would both highly recommend her and regret that we can only give her 5 stars as she deserves many more. If you have Jenn consider yourself very lucky and know you have someone who’s got your back.
