My husband & I had such a great experience working with Alicia & Bobbi with the selling of our house years ago, so when my parents needed help selling their house, we reached out to the team. Alicia & Bobbi are such a wonderful team & their professionalism is unmatched. They were responsive & helpful every step of the way. Kinsley took wonderful pictures of the house & presented it so that it would appeal to many buyers. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Alicia kept us informed & helped us through the entire process from start to finish. The sell of the house was effortless on our part due to the team's hard work. Bobbi and Alicia are truly excellent, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. My wife and I were looking for our first house, and had never been through the homebuying process before. Bobbi helped us define our requirements and really helped us crystalize what we were looking for - asking questions we didn't think we needed to know the answers to - but ended up being highly valuable and helped us narrow down our search criteria. Now, that meant we were looking for a goldilocks house that was just right for us. But we were in a position to bide our time and learn what areas and layouts we liked and didn't like. Bobbi helped us through all of it and was thorough, professional, and thoughtful. We truly believe having Bobbi and Alicia as our buyers agent gave us an advantage in the market. Bobbi negotiated excellent concessions and helped us have confidence we weren't buying a lemon. It was surreal when we finally got our keys, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Kinsley recently helped me buy my first home in Sherwood OR. It was an entirely new process for me and Kinsley made it as smooth as possible, I could not recommend her more highly. She always made sure I knew what the next steps would be and was happy to answer all the questions I had about the home-buying process. I really appreciated that she was always proactive to schedule next steps and she was incredibly responsive no matter the time of day. She coordinated with the seller, HOA, inspection professionals, etc. in the background, streamlining the process for me so the whole purchase really did feel smooth and far easier than I expected. This was a complicated and stressful process, but Kinsley made it simple and easy.
