Alex was phenomenal! We started the process of an out of state move 1 year ago. Alex reached out early on. It would be several months before we were ready to move to Florida and he kept in touch the entire time. After several months we came to Florida for a few days of showings only for us to end up deciding on SWFL, which wasn’t even our initial target area. Alex switched gears, and quickly started sending us listings and scheduling showings once we had moved into our rental. Another few months, we found the house and things moved quick, closed in less than 30 days. Couldn’t have done this without Alex’s knowledge, attention to detail, and care!

We worked with Alex to sell our home outside of Dallas. Now that the process is complete, I can honestly say Alex is a master of his craft. He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and excellent with communication. When it came down to negotiations, he is tastefully tactical and got us exactly what we needed.
