Alex helped us to evaluate Dallas suburbs, taught us about how to look at Homes and assess their value. His negotiation skills are exceptional. As the first time buyers helped us in every step of the process. Due to the low inventory at that time we had to go through multiple offers and bidding to get hold of our home. We will recommend him.

Alex will work for you until he gets you what you want. In this competitive market, he knows how to work well with other realtors and hears your requests to find you the home you are looking for. He will keep your list of must-haves at the forefront of his search, and helps redirect and ground you if you get overwhelmed with the entire process. I appreciated his thoroughness, and motivation. I never felt rushed: when I asked so many questions, he walked me through all the answers. He is super quick, professional, and on-top of it; I never had to wait long for a response from him. His ability to move with urgency and his market knowledge are what helped us get our house in this competitive market. Than you, Alex for your hard work! And can I add he has an amazing personality! Alex was amazing helping us buy our first home. He always responds and is easy to get ahold of. He listened to me about everything we were looking for in a home and helped us find the perfect first home for our family. He negotiated the price down for us and we were able to close at a crazy low price in this crazy high market! He worked all of his charm and knowledge to get us the lowest possible closing prices. He is friendly and kind and respectful! I would 10/10 recommend Alex to everyone looking to buy a home. And when all was said and done he donated part of his earnings to a charity of our choice which I think was just incredible. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I could not be any more thankful for the best real estate agent DFW has to offer!
