Alex Lee helped us sell our old home (above asking price!) as well as buy our new home. He was always available for calls to help clear any concerns my wife and I had during both transactions. We had multiple above asking offers on the first day our home was listed. When offers fell through on our house we were selling, Alex was diligently working to make sure we had multiple offers as soon as possible. He is knowledgeable in all phases of the process: Finding/showing homes, creating a competitive offer, negotiations and inspection, as well as prepping your home for listing. His recommendations for home photography, mortgage broker, and home inspector were all incredible as well. I would absolutely use Alex for future real estate transactions and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

We had a hell of a first-time home buying experience, but at every hurdle Alex was right there with us and fighting on our behalf. Regularly took texts/calls, even when he was on vacation! Couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with him.

Working with Alex was a truly awesome experience. He is so knowledgeable and works to get all of his clients exactly what they are looking for. Our journey to find our next home took almost a year, and he guided us the entire way. When we finally found the one he made the entire process so easy. He also sold our home and was diligent in making sure it was seamless! He was able to get our home under contract in two days! I would highly recommend Alex for your next buying and/or selling venture!

Alex was a pleasure to work with form the start to the finish. He was very detailed on our initial consultation so that he could find out the best strategy to sell our home on the timeline we wanted and for the number we wanted to get to. We were able to secure two over asking offers in the first week and Alex then navigated us through the negotiation stages while listening to our thoughts but also being able to provide his input when needed. Overall a really amazing experience. 10/10. Would recommend!

Super helpful for a first time buyer like me. Really knowledgeable about the process and was able to help me narrow down what I wanted. Didn't steer me to houses where he would have gotten a higher commission. Really appreciated his honesty and expertise throughout the process. Always answered my calls and texts, and best of all he saved me a ton of money!
