When we decided to move to the Fort Worth area and build a house in Walsh Ranch/Aledo, a friend suggested we contact Frankie Arthur to be our realtor. We sure are glad we did! Frankie worked through several issues with our builder and saved us time, money, and needless trips to DFW. We don't plan on moving again but if we ever do, the first person we will contact is Frankie Arthur. We consider he the "best realtor in the Metroplex"!

I strongly advise against using Frankie and his team as your realtor. My experience with them during the purchase of a $1.5M property in the DFW area was disappointing and frustrating. Moving from West Texas to DFW, I expected a higher level of professionalism and support, especially given the price point of the property. In the weeks before closing, the seller disclosed a repair due to a leak. Despite my repeated requests for additional details, Frankie and his team provided no useful information. After moving in, it became clear that the "minor repair" was far more serious than disclosed. Worse, a new leak caused by snow damage has led to additional issues, forcing me to file an insurance claim within 30 days of closing—a first in my extensive real estate experience. This situation could have been avoided with better due diligence on their part. Their recommended inspector also failed to identify key deficiencies in the property, further compounding the problems. Post-closing, the lack of follow-up and support was unacceptable. As someone new to the area, I needed assistance with basic questions like utility provider details, gate codes, and keys. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, I felt ignored and as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. The transition was far more stressful than it should have been. Frankie’s response to my feedback was underwhelming—a generic, impersonal reply that demonstrated little concern for the issues I raised. For a $1.5M transaction, I expected a much higher level of service and appreciation, but instead, there was no communication, no thank-you, and no meaningful post-sale engagement. This experience left me feeling unsupported during critical moments when I relied on their expertise. Based on my experience, I do not believe Frankie and his team prioritize their clients' best interests. I cannot recommend their services.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the market. Helpful with closing and explaining documents with sales. He also showed many homes on the internet with a constant flow of choices.

Absolutely incredible experience. I’m relocating from a different state, so I sent him an email with my dream list of what the house, neighborhood, etc would be like - and he found it immediately on the first day. He knows the area perfectly, works so hard, and made this the smoothest deal, period. He has an amazing reputation and now I see why. He has a new client for life. -Shaun
