Our home purchase experience could not have been any better. Marth was the most patient with us, and pretty much listened to everything we wanted. He presented multiple homes every time we were out, and always made himself available. Aside from the usual stress of buying a home, the process overall was easy, and handled in a timely manner. Marth made personal visits and calls to follow up on anything we needed, and even after we moved in he still checked on us. Thank you Marth for helping us find a home!

I had a old home to sell... and chris was there to help me out.. I have a very busy schedule so therefore he was able to accommodate with me and help me get the best offer to sell my house... he is a very nice guy and I was able to sell my house as soon as possible. I would have him look for a house for me when I am ready to buy again...

Chris was more than helpful, he was amazing. From beginning to end he was always available and resourceful in helping us with the purchase of our dream home. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the market. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I first spoke to Chris after receiving a leaflet in the mail. I kept putting him off by telling him to call me in a few days. Christopher dutifully called each time I delayed him. He was never overbearing, just kind and pleasant and he continued to follow my "call me in a few days" request. It was because of his dutiful persistence (due to my requests)that I decided to give him a chance. To my pleasant surprise, Christopher continued to be just as kind, knowledgeable, appropriately friendly, and assure. We decided to allow him to sell our property. We had an offer within 72hrs! Our condo showed better than any other condo in our complex due to Chris' attention to the correct detail. He always returned my phone calls (this was very important to me) and never left me "hanging out on a limb". I am forever grateful for his expertise and kindness throughout this process.
