After way too many months of "little to zero" interest from prospective buyers; our Palm Springs 3200 square foot house, on the golf course went into escrow today. Completely frustrated and at the end of my rope; I had called Alex Perez from 72/Sold, a new style realtor who engages in aggressive sales strategy to market and sell properties. Alex visited with a sales presentation that made a lot of sense. Rather than waiting and hoping for a buyer to come along; 72/Sold actively assembles a group of pre-qualified buyers with common requirements: price, location, size and amenities. We highly recommend Alejandro & his team! We tried the traditional method of selling our home (7 months on the market) but it wasn't working then we found Alejandro. His method worked & we were in escrow in 3 weeks! He is very professional & patient as we asked alot of questions. He always communicated every update to us, we didn't haveto chase him!

Alex’s plan truly works. I was skeptical when he said he could sell the house in a month especially when it had been in the market for almost a year with very few competitive offers. In a matter of 8 days he was able to several buyers that were competing on the cost of the house. I was able to get top dollar for the home with kettle work. He was able to do what other real state agents were not able to. Give his 72 sold program a try, I know you will just as satisfied as I was.
