It was my first time selling and Alex was great help throughout the selling process. Was always available to talk and did all the showings in person. His out of the box thinking made the sale possible. There were some hiccups during the process, but he was on top of everything. Closing was smooth, escrow process was smooth and communication was real. No false hopes.

Alex is very professional. A home inspector flooded the house during escrow, just 14 days before closing. He maintained swift and precise communication before and throughout the entire process of repairing the house. Absolutely went above and beyond the scope of real-estate agents by basically becoming a project manager to get the repairs done, which took almost 5 months! Alex is the best, and hardest working agent of the 5 I've worked with in the past. I will absolutely call him again for future real estate needs. Thanks Alex!

Alex went above and beyond for our home sale. He has great communication skills, and understands the market. He can get stuff done when needed. We appreciate all his hard work, blood, sweat and some tears to get this house sold. I am not sure anyone else could have accomplished what he did and we will be forever grateful. After way too many months of "little to zero" interest from prospective buyers; our Palm Springs 3200 square foot house, on the golf course went into escrow today.
