Al and Sandy were great. They were gentle but firm in handling our sale. They listened to our wants. This was our first house sale in years and they patiently walked us through every step. The Friday check in reported all activity on the property. We were lucky to sell our house quickly and think it was Al’s networking. He always answered his phone which we appreciated. Job well done, thanks Al and Sandy.

Team Al & Sandy along with their staff at Cold Banker Realty, demonstrate exceptional professionalism and are a pleasure to work with. My property in Tucson had been on the market a year with another agency. After switching to Al & Sandy, they successfully sold it within 45 days despite difficult market conditions. As a first-time home seller, I was a little anxious going into it. I interviewed various agents and decided to go with Al due to his extensive resume. I'm extremely happy that I did. Al is a consummate professional that is on your side! I've heard many horror stories of selling agents pressuring their clients to reduce their price so that they can sell the house quicker. Al never once did this. Al is also a fantastic communicator, which is extremely important to me. He sends a weekly "Happy Friday" email, in which he gives a status update on your home and/or the overall real estate market. I enjoyed this ongoing communication, as it kept me in the loop of real estate trends and gave me the peace of mind that our slower sales process had nothing to do with our home, but the broader market itself. If you're looking for a true one to one experience with an extremely talented and tenured agent, then look no further - Al is your guy!

I hired Al and Sandy after struggling for months to get any activity in selling my home with another agent. When you first meet Al you cannot help but be impressed with his energy and eagerness to represent your interests. He is very organized and prepared to get the ball rolling on day one. Within days of hiring Al, I had activity in showings and offers on my house. Al and Sandy aggressively marketed my home and despite a very dead housing market in Tucson in 2024 they found a cash buyer eager to close on the sale. I am very please with Al and Sandy's professionalism, dedication, knowledge and energy. I would strongly recommend having Al as your agent for selling or buying you home.
