My husband and I have been working with Mike Goins since 2020 to find a home in the Houston area. It was due to our indecisiveness, and not his lack of personal attention to us, that we didn’t purchase a property until this December. We decided on a condo, because we have a home in Arlington, where we’ve lived for 42 years. We just didn’t want to permanently move away from all of our friends and our church. Mike was an absolute joy to work with during our recent journey to purchase a home on Lake Conroe.  Mike was extremely patient as we looked at MANY homes before really defining exactly what it was we were looking for.  Once we knew what we wanted, Mike was on it and found us the perfect home!

Mike is a fantastic realtor! We have bought and sold many houses and he ranks amongst the best. He attentively listened to our list of must-haves, house styles, and preferences. Before we arrived in town to look at houses, Mike had already sent us a list to rank each of the homes. When we arrived in town, Mike had printed the MLS listings of each of the houses which allowed us to make real time notes on a paper copy so we could review it later. Upon meeting Mike we knew he had our best interest in heart and that proved true throughout.
