Albert was very efficient and knowledgable with the area and property that we were purchasing, our closing could have been done in 2 weeks because of how smooth everything went but it was our decision to close at 3 weeks because of the holidays. He is a family man and is passionate about what he does.

Abel was introduced to me by a very good friend of mine. He helped us with a short sale that didn’t go through because the bank was not willing to negotiate. After 7 long months, we didn’t get the house we were fighting for but the one next door that was so much better! Thanks to Abel’s expertise and great work we were able to close on our forever home in less than one month. He was very professional and always available to us. It was a pleasure working with him. Abel is amazing! Always very attentive and responsive whether it be a Monday in the afternoon or a Sunday night he would always reply.
