As a first-time homebuyer I was overwhelmed with the whole process but Jamin put me and my worries at ease! He walked me through each step of the process from getting mortgage quotes to shopping the area to getting all my inspections and approvals done easily! Despite me having a smaller budget, I still felt like a valued client of Jamin's. I have referred many of my friends to him, especially newbies like myself, since he made the process so easy and even fun!

Jamin was always quick to set up a tour of a house I was interested in and was very honest with me about the process. He would also point things out with the houses we toured so that I didn’t miss anything while I was looking around.

Jamin did a great job assisting us in buying our new house. We were moving from out of state and he handled everything for us. He gave us good advice when it was time to make an offer on our new house. He also went and inspected the house before we took ownership since we were in the process of moving all of our belongings across the country. We were able to close escrow over the computer while driving to Tennessee from California with all of our belongings.

Zane was awesome to work with! Super personable and helped me find my current house that I’m in love with! Would highly recommend him to anyone! We discussed a few different houses and went to look at them. He helped me find some things about the houses I would never have caught myself. As a first time home buyer he was super informative about the process.

Tiffany went above and beyond to help us. We were moving to TN from put of state, not only did she show us the area but told us about the area schools and stores. She helped us get early admissions into a house as we were staying in a hotel with a baby and 2 dogs. When we had trouble closing on the house in NY she was able to extend the closing date here to accommodate the sale. She was very patient and helpful through the entire process.
