I highly recommend Sydney Friedman as your realtor!! She was always very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Our buying process was a little unusual but she stuck with us and was very patient and knowledgeable. We found the perfect spot for our family because of her help. Great realtor!!!

Sydney is a 10/10 agent. After a fiasco with my previous agent, which cost me $5,000, Sydney listened to what I was looking for and found me, in 20 minutes, a list of 8 houses to review with the first as the one she thought fit my needs the best. We l met at the first house, which was perfect, that evening and made the deal. I had to return home the next day, but she managed everything expertly from her end. Sydney made the move from San Diego to Marysville as easy as it could be. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We were looking to buy but ONLY if we found the perfect house, in the best location, and in our (modest) budget.. a true unicorn. Within days of deciding to work with Sydney, she sent us our dream house! It was a whirlwind of buying AND spontaneously selling our house, and she took the reins and made everything as easy as she could! Selling was completely new to us, so I had a thousand questions a day. Sydney not only answered them quickly and thoroughly, but she has the rare gift of being able to explain things so that you understand without being condescending. It’s truly a talent, and we’re so grateful she has it!! I figured the market must be slow because she was so incredibly attentive, so when I saw how many posts she had about closings and pending contracts since taking us on as clients, I was SHOCKED. Sydney made us feel like the only people she was working with, even while juggling several other clients. We couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more professional, or more knowledgeable agent. We would absolutely use her again if she hadn’t found us our forever home! Thank you, Sydney!!

Sydney is the best agent ever! She helped us buy and sell and was with us through every hurdle along the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we truly could not have done it without her. Highly recommend!!
