In our lifetime, so far, we have interacted and done business with many real estate agents. We’ve had some good ones; we have also had experiences with ones who have taught us valuable life lessons, cautionary tales of things to look out for. Our opinion, based upon our experience with Zach Rosen, is that he is knowledgeable of his market, he has a strong work ethic and runs his business with an attention to detail that is rare. Those qualities combined are a strong enough recipe for a successful real estate agent. There is one more thing, however, that makes Zach Rosen stand out above many others. In a time when the word “fiduciary” is tossed around quite a bit but seldom proven, Zach consistently put our best interests first. Impressive enough during normal markets. During the time our property was for sale, however, it was a very tough market and though we are certain that type of market is hard on all real estate agents, Zach never wavered from his personal ethics. His honesty and integrity are qualities which are invaluable. Though he never said as much, we feel it is fair to say that Zach has decided to live by The Golden Rule, “Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You.” Highly recommend this agent.
