Wow! Ms. Yuly Rodriguez, from Douglas Edmund Real Estate LLC, as a real estate broker is absolutely wonderful, very professional and personal. She loves what she does. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and trustworthy through the entire process. She truly cared about me, understood my needs from the very first offer I received to sell the relinquished property in Rhode Island (when this process started almost 3 months ago) and the purchase of a new investment property in Florida from which she was only responsible. She was with me throughout the buying process in Florida and got it successfully completed, against all odds, in record time. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand the whole process that entails a real estate transaction in which a capital gains tax deferral took place (through IRC Section 1031 aka “Like-Kind Exchange”). She defended my rights, to the point that she supported me even in the sale of my relinquished property in Rhode Island (for which she was not the assigned as a realtor due to the jurisdiction). Thanks to her intervention to protect my side in this process, the property sold in Rhode Island, after many difficulties faced with attorneys, paralegals and lender, as well as many postponed closing dates, I finally obtained the proceeds to make possible the purchase of this new property. I get to appreciate Yuly. Her loyalty is admirable. I would totally work with her again. I recommend Ms. Rodriguez to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction! Franklyn B.

Yuly was completely amazing with us. She helped us find our home and treated us like family. If we ever had any questions she was just a phone call away and was with us in every step of the process. She made sure we were understanding every document we encountered and was patient whenever we had questions and took the time to explain no matter how long it took.
