I can’t speak highly enough of Yanett as our real estate agent. We got so lucky to have her on our side! She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her honesty and hard work ethics were very appreciated and respected. She is knowledgeable, professional and has many resources. Yanett was such a caring realtor and was so attentive to our needs. She was patient, kind, and always answered our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our first home!

I accidentally ran into Yanett while touring one of her properties, and I am so glad I did. I was looking for multifamily units and talked to several agents before Yanett and was disappointed to see how un-prepared agents were not only with the properties they were representing but overall market. I talked to Yanett in detail about what I wanted to purchase and at what cap rate and she started looking and sending me properties immediately along with calculations. Through her immense knowledge of the area, other agents and builders, she was able to target the properties I wanted. One of them was an off market deal, which she was able to secure without it even getting to the market. While negotiating not only she got me the price I wanted, but protected my escrow by adding contengencies. Overall a great experience. I have bought two properties from her and she continues to help me acquire other assets as they come to the market. She is hands down the best agent in RGV.

Yanett was wonderful. We were looking for just the right house, in the right location and within our budgeted range. Sure - a difficult task given the recent housing market activities. We were patient and willing to wait for the "right" one. Yanett provided multiple comparables on different homes and areas so we were able to understand the market and the appropriate values. With Yanett's diligence and guidance, we were able to find "the one"... we needed to move quickly, and did the whole transaction remote. Yanett helped ensure we got everything done without a hitch! She provided contacts for home and pest inspection and helped arrange everything with the seller's agent. We've purchased multiple homes in the past, and I can say this was the smoothest transaction we've ever had. Needless to say - we NEVER would have been able to do this without Yanett !!!

Great experience working with Yanett. Always willing to help and to go above and beyond for us!! It was our first investment, we were a little lost because of it, but Yanett did a tremendous job!!

Very professional and great followup during the whole process. Communication at all times was fast, and all our questions were solved very clearly. We saw two properties, and the second one was the best option. She guided us in both options. She even gave us the contact information of the people who did the property inspection and the survey. Great recommendations as well.
