Working with Eric and his team has been enjoyable. They assisted me in selling a property that I had been trying to sell for more than a year. Their guidance from the start helped us get many viewings which eventually resulted in several offers. The process took a bit longer than planned because Fannie and Freddie were updating some rules about loans for cooperatives. However, his team worked hard and helped navigate the process so the buyer could get the right financing. I am sure I reached the finish line thanks to Eric and I strongly suggest him to anyone who needs assistance with a real estate deal.

Eric and his team are consummate professionals. Though this process of selling my co-op apartment has been an arduous task due to the co-op’s financial stability at one point, Re-Max/ Eric have been constantly in contact with myself and all parties involved with the process until finally there is a “Light at the end of tunnel! I have worked with Eric prior to this sale and no doubt we shall meet again in the future. I have the utmost confidence in Eric and his team.
