This is the second time we have used Win Kelly as our broker; most recently to sell our St. Augustine condo. We couldn't be happier with the outcome on either occasion. We initially told Win that we did not want to put any money into our condo to sell it, but she convinced us that new carpet, kitchen appliances and interior paint would end up paying for themselves and make for a quicker sale. She recommended contractors who were cost effective and efficient, completing all the work under budget in under two weeks. She then put a lot of effort into staging the unit, getting rid of some outdated furnishings and decorating with a flair showing off a Florida beachfront living style. Her marketing was equally awesome, including hosting open houses and cocktail hours, advertising on social media, and creating a 3D virtual tour of the unit. Her advice and effort were spot on. We first spoke with Win about selling on July 2, and closed on August 19! It was on the market for just 7 days and we received more than one full-price offer. It was a WIN-WIN situation (pun intended). I give Win my highest recommendation!

Win is a long term resident of the territory she operates in and she knows it well. She has a wide network of friends and other professionals and can bring whatever resource is necessary to complete a deal.

Win Kelly was an exceptional realtor and has become a good friend. She showed us houses in the area that interested us but we were unsuccessful in our search and had to return home to New York. In the short time that she spent with us, she understood what we were looking for. When another house came on the market in the community we were interested in, Win was our go-to person in that she went to see the house, checked it out, sent pictures, and gave us a detailed account of what the house was like. Since we weren't in a position to return to Florida at the time, we relied on her to make an offer for us. When we returned to Florida for the closing of the house, we saw the house for the first time and we were extremely pleased with it. Win went over and above her duties as our realtor and we couldn't have done it without her. We would highly recommend her.

We spent a week in Florida looking at houses with Win. When we left Florida for home, we were unsuccessful in finding a house. Later, we saw a house listed on Realtor.com and contacted Win to ask her to look at the house for us. We felt comfortable that Win knew what we were looking for and she has done an excellent job in handling all of our needs without our having to travel back to Florida. We are looking forward to our new home. We couldn't have done it without her and we would highly recommend her. She is truly a professional.
