William Rojas with LPT Realty was able to sell my home in Longwood, Florida in approximately 3 weeks. He took care of everything, and it was a smooth process and I didn’t have to do much, outside of getting updates weekly and going with recommendations here and there. My first contact with Will was via a personalized video he made introducing himself and walking me through how to start my home buying journey. This was super thoughtful, especially during a pandemic where face-to-face meetings are, in some cases, not a possibility. My ideal home was a 2 story with 4 bedrooms and, at least, 2.5 baths. I figured that I would have to compromise on what I wanted, as the chances of finding a home like that within my price range was likely to be a tall order. However, he was able to make magic happen. After about 2 weeks working with him, and 2 trips looking at homes, he found a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath house at the perfect price. On day 2 of looking at the houses, I signed a contract for my perfect home. Working with Will was an absolute dream. For someone who is a first time home buyer and didn't have a lot of experience with what to expect, Will was there guiding me through every step of the way. I appreciate his dedication to finding me the right home and making sure I had all the information that I needed to make the right decision for me. I cannot recommend Will highly enough. If you're looking for your dream home, Will will make it happen!
