“We were seriously looking at homes in Crystal River, Homosassa and Ozello with Jeff Hartson in August. At each home we visited, Jeff told us what to expect for seasonal water depth, flood potential, FEMA compliance, fishing and crowds. The first time we walked up to the 3rd floor of the home we purchased, he said “this is home.” And it was!
